APPLE LICENSED APPLICATION END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

1. This agreement is between you and the developer of Maps for Clash (the "Licensor"), not Apple Inc.

2. LICENSE: Non-transferable license to use the App on Apple devices you own, per Apple Media Services Terms.

3. MAINTENANCE: The Licensor (not Apple) is responsible for maintenance and support.

4. WARRANTY: Provided "AS IS." If the App fails to conform to any warranty, you may notify Apple for a refund. Apple has no other warranty obligation.

5. PRODUCT CLAIMS: The Licensor (not Apple) is responsible for all claims relating to the App.

6. IP RIGHTS: The Licensor (not Apple) handles any IP infringement claims. "Clash of Clans" is a trademark of Supercell Oy; this App is not affiliated with Supercell.

7. LEGAL COMPLIANCE: You are not in an embargoed country or on a restricted parties list.

8. THIRD-PARTY BENEFICIARY: Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA.

9. DATA: The App does not collect personal data.
